Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Central App Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of Service

Central App Platform provides a reporting and operational analytics layer that connects mobile store data (e.g., Apple, Google) and ad network accounts (e.g., Google Ads API) into a normalized daily performance dashboard (covering Net Revenue, Ad Spend, ROAS, and P&L metrics).

3. Account Registration & Third-Party Integrations

• Credentials & Authorization: You must provide accurate registration details and maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Third-Party Permissions: To enable platform functionality, you must grant permission to read metrics from external platforms (including Google Ads API, App Store Connect, Google Play Console). You represent that you are authorized to link these accounts.
• Third-Party Compliance: You must comply with all third-party developer policies, including the Google Ads API Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use & API Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or raw data models from the Platform.
• Use the Platform to scrape, harvest, or aggregate data from connected APIs beyond the permissions granted.
• Attempt to breach security measures or gain unauthorized access to other accounts within the company-scoped architecture.

5. Data Ownership and License

• Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to your aggregated revenue data, ad campaign data, and company operational metrics.
• License to Host: You grant Central App Platform a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your data solely as needed to deliver reporting and analytics services.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your connected store/ad API sources and closing your profile. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt platform operations. Upon termination, all active API access tokens are immediately revoked.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• AS-IS Basis: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for precise daily data normalization, we do not warrant that calculations (e.g., currency conversions, real-time ROAS) will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
• Limitation: Central App Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost revenue, ad campaign adjustments, or API outages from third-party networks (including Google Ads or App Store APIs).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Central App Platform's operational jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
